Poster Presentation Instructions

Posters are displayed Thursday through Saturday, July 30th-August 1st and are available for viewing from approximately 6:00 am-5:00 pm, daily.  

Please Note: Poster presenters will need to be available to answer questions before and after the Scientific Program.  Specific times are listed in the Scientific Program.

Poster Preparation Instructions:

1. Please do not make your poster any larger than 6’x 4’ landscape.
2. Push pins will be needed to attach the poster to the poster board.
3. Please bring any handout materials you would like to provide for viewers' reference.
4. Poster set-up is scheduled for Wednesday, July 29th, 12:00-5:00 pm.  Please have your poster set-up no later than 5:00 pm.
5. Poster tear-down is scheduled for Saturday, August 1st at 2:30 pm. Posters that are not removed by then will be discarded.
